At Healing Hooves Psychotherapy, located on our therapeutic ranch in Southwest Broward County, everyone is welcome to explore whatever life is asking of them—free from stigma or self-doubt. We offer individual psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, traditional office sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, and outdoor counseling experiences. Together, we'll determine the environment and approach that best supports your goals. When appropriate, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy provides a unique opportunity to explore communication, behavior patterns, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of coping. Sessions pair you with a licensed therapist, an equine professional, and one of our therapy horses. Activities may include grooming, liberty work, leading, round pen exercises, or obstacle courses, always tailored to your individual needs and clinical goals. Our evidence-based approach combines trusted psychological expertise, equine science, and over 25 years of clinical experience. Every session is guided by your comfort level, your readiness, and your personal goals. Whether working alongside a horse or in a traditional therapeutic setting, our experienced clinicians provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you develop greater confidence, emotional balance, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.
